This chapter deals with the diet of fish and the methods of estimating various parameters related to it, the trophic level and its estimation methods, the intraspecific, interspecific and spatiotemporal changes of the trophic level, the distribution of trophic levels in marine ecosystems and the uses of trophodynamic indicators in fisheries biology.
