Description:
Abstract:
A. Text: Introduction (specific introduction to the given text) - Latin text - translation - vocabulary - translation commentary. Exercises on the text: grammar - morphology. B. Syntax Topic: Gerund and Gerundive Presentation of the functions of the gerundive and its use as an alternative to the gerund. Their extensive use in Latin requires a deep understanding of these nominal forms and systematic practice, as they are unfamiliar in Modern Greek and thus pose challenges for students. Teaching and exercises will focus on both Latin examples and Modern Greek examples that need to be translated into Latin. C. Additional Text for Practice
