B. Syntax Topic: Moods and Tenses: Usage and Function
Particular emphasis will be placed on the varied use of the subjunctive mood and the sequence of tenses (both in the indicative, which is usually overlooked, and the subjunctive), which constitutes a critical peculiarity of Latin.
Teaching and exercises will focus on both Latin examples and Modern Greek examples that need to be translated into Latin.
