Στο κεφάλαιο αυτό παρουσιάζεται αναλυτικά πώς μπορεί να αξιοποιηθεί ο Εννοιολογικός Χάρτης από τους εκπαιδευτικούς ως δυναμική τεχνική αξιολόγησης της επίδοσης των εκπαιδευομένων. Γίνεται αναλυτική περιγραφή των πιο γνωστών εκπαιδευτικών λογισμικών (εμπλουτισμένα με πολυμεσικό υλικό) ανάπτυξης εννοιολογικών χαρτών που μπορούν να αξιοποιηθούν στην εκπαιδευτική πράξη.
