The Appendix includes: - useful information on the units of measurement of physical quantities (definitions, categorization, unit systems, conversions and their correlation) - a mathematical overview with reference to the most common mathematical definitions, expressions and identities in algebra (powers, logarithms), geometry (area, volume, curve equations) and trigonometry (trigonometric functions, identities). The Appendix is constructed in such a way that it will be a useful aid for students throughout their studies in courses in a related field.
