This chapter discusses the changes resulting from free competition and changes in the ownership status of enterprises. Company privatization strategies are developed hand in hand with the liberalization of global markets and the reduction of the public sector. They appeared en masse in Eastern Europe with the change of the political system, and today dominate the national economies of developed and developing countries, causing revolutionary changes in labor relations and the internal business environment.
