| Abstract: |
The first chapter is an introduction in the meaning of mentoring. In this first chapter we focus on the concept of mentoring, provide a conceptual explanation of the term, and then it is presented the structural features of mentoring that apply to a variety of fields. Relative researches on mentoring from Greece and other countries are presented, where the research is grouped, categorized and useful conclusions about mentoring are summarized.
