In this chapter, the way to design a digital story will be explored, starting from the idea going up to the creation of the storyboard. Additionally, the building blocks of a digital narrative, the steps one must follow to create a successful digital narrative, and the value of story in relation to technology (multimedia) will be sought. Finally, templates, the basic elements of a storyboard and indicative online applications for creating digital storyboards will be presented.
