This chapter focuses on the study of robotic manipulators. The structural features of manipulators, such as the base, joints, and links, are presented. According to the type of joints, robotic manipulators are classified into Cartesian, spherical, cylindrical, SCARA, and articulated manipulators. In addition, issues related to the kinematics, dynamics, and control of the motion of robotic manipulators in space are analyzed.
