Description:
Abstract:
The present effort offers students the opportunity to become familiar with approaches that are related both to the basic issues and dilemmas of the interdisciplinary subject of Bioethics, and to the approach through narrative, especially the "stories" of the Bible, which reflect various traditions of the Mediterranean peoples and have had an indelible influence on European culture. The bioethical issues addressed in the six chapters concern the beginning, duration and end of human life.
