Abstract:
The twelve principles of agile approach describe a different culture in which change is welcomed and the client is at the center of each development. They also demonstrate the main intention of the agile philosophy, which is to align software development with business needs. Theses twelve agile principles support businesses in optimizing the product development cycle and achieving higher customer satisfaction, since changes are always welcomed, software is delivered when it has value to the customer and always in a short timeframe. Agile principles emphasize on employees’ contribution to success, showing trust on them, allowing them to self-organize, to take initiatives and to have a humane pace of work.
