Abstract:
The book is intended for undergraduate students of the university agricultural schools and covers the needs of the laboratory work of the Soil Science course. It can also serve as a consulting guide for graduate students of the mentioned schools. It includes a series of laboratory analyses of soil samples the results of which can help anyone else who deals with soil analyses pertaining to soil fertility and productivity. The description of each method includes its theoretical background, the various methods proposed and used, the criteria for its selection for each special case, the necessary equipment and reagents needed and finally the evaluation of the results obtained after its application.
