| Abstract: |
The advantages of non formal education in entrepreneurship as well as informal learning are discussed. These forms facilitate the features of entrepreneurial learning. In formal education, approaches based on andragogy and heutagogy are developed where the educator is required to follow the academagogical method in order to combine learning outcomes with appropriate educational methods.
