The concept of entrepreneurial learning, i.e. how the entrepreneur learns, is briefly presented and discussed. Entrepreneurial learning is a dynamic and inherently experiential process with an individual and a social dimension. It can be habitual or higher level due to critical events. Particular reference is made to learning from failure and the corresponding emotional load.
