| Abstract: |
This chapter presents digital case management depending on each data collection method. It presents the sample management in online surveys carried out through the Limesurvey and the “queXS” and “Offline Surveys” systems, which communicate with Limesurvey for the digital case management of telephone and face-to-face surveys respectively. There is also extensive reference to the standardization of contact and interview outcomes, through appropriate disposition codes, as introduced by the American Association for Public Opinion Research, leading to the harmonized estimation of survey quality criteria such as response rate and other rates.
