| Abstract: |
This chapter presents teaching practices of using cultural material and digital tools through educational programs, teaching scenarios, short activities and lesson plans hosted on digital platforms, virtual museums and galleries, 3D cultural and archaeological sites and digital repositories of art works. The proposed teaching practices draw their material from the digital art collections of major art repositories, such as the Google Arts & Culture platform, Europeana and Photodentro-Culture, and involve the use of strategies and tools of the Artful Thinking approach, in order to provide appealing and interesting aesthetic and learning experiences for kindergarten and primary school learners.
